Reader's Password Change
1. 若您的身分為本校學生、教師或職員
請至 成功入口 查詢密碼。
If you are students, faculty and staff, please check your password at Cheng-Kung Portal.
  • 醫院人員：識別證號為 6 碼，請補上 4 個 0，共 10 碼。例如：證號為 456789，應輸入「0000456789」。
  • 隱私保護與預設密碼：為保護使用者個人隱私，系統無法查詢您的密碼。請輸入身分證號，系統會將密碼回復成預設值。
    預設密碼公式：身分證號後四碼 ＋ 出生月日四碼 (若月份或日期為個位數，則前面補零，例如 1月1日，則為 0101)。
  • For protecting user privacy, the system cannot query your password. Please enter your resident ID number. The system password will revert to the default: the last 4 digits of the ID number plus last 4 digits of birthday. (For example, your ID number is A123456789 and birthday is 1988/01/11. Your default password will be 67890111).
